====== Alko Wizards ======

{{ :thl_alk.png?200|}}The **Alko Wizards** are a professional hockey team based in [[Alko|Alko, Pakola]]. They compete in the [[Torland Hockey League]] as a member of the [[Hatch Division]]. The team is owned by Eric Barclay and plays their home games at the Misty Center.

The team was founded in 1983 by Barclay as part of that year's league expansion. The Wizards have not won a Marcotte Cup in one appearance.

The two teams in Alko are both young and newer to the league but the two could also not be more differently culturally and stylistically. The Wizards play in a much higher income side of Alko and prefer a fast-paced style of play. The Barbarians play in a rougher more blue collar side of Alko and prefer a defensive-heavy style.

The Wizards are currently owned by Eric Barclay, who founded the team in 1983. Gary Wisniewski also owns a minority stake in the team as part of the ownership group presented to the league to gain approval for a new team.
