====== Kurohara Killers ======

{{ :thl_kur.png?200|}}The **Kurohara Killers** are a professional hockey team based in [[Kurohara|Kurohara, Tamokeva]]. They compete in the [[Torland Hockey League]] as a member of the [[Rankin Division]]. The team is owned by Ed Zook and plays their home games at the Ormedra Dome.

Founded in 1975 by James McKinney as the Trowburgh Eagles, a charter member of the [[United Hockey Alliance]], the team joined the THL in 1980 as part of the UHA merger. The Killers won their only UHA championship in 1978 and their only Marcotte Cup in 1984.

The Killers are currently owned by Ed Zook, who purchased the team in 1977 from James McKinney. The team was originally founded in 1975 by McKinney in Trowburgh as part of the [[United Hockey Alliance]].
