====== United Hockey Alliance ======

The **United Hockey Alliance** was a professional hockey league formed in 1975 by Barry Boyle based in [[Torland]]. The UHA was short-lived, only lasting five seasons, but it had a significant impact on professional hockey in [[Torland]]. The league was started with a group of players who defected to the UHA from the [[Torland Hockey League]] for better pay. Money troubles beset the league from the outset, however, as competing with the THL proved to be difficult.
