Yubay is the largest city in the state of Tamokeva and the 6th largest in Torland.

One of the earliest settlements in Torland, Yubay is a historic center on the west coast. It was the original site for Russian rule and colonization and has remained a significant cultural icon in Torland. Yubay is uniquely split into two sides, known as the Sava Side and the Niko Side. These two sides produce a heated rivalry in culture, work, and even sports.

Alko is home to two teams in the Torland Hockey League, the Yubay Falcons: who play their games at the Yertas Arena, and the Yubay Glaciers, who play their home games at the Glacier Dome.
