Politics

The people of Forstana are highly educated and primarily liberal voters, typically vacillating between Unionist Party and Civic Liberty Party politics. The state typically is a CLP state though, with much of the state and municipal policies deriving from CLP mindsets. Political tension is low, most preferring quieter methodology to expressing political opinions. Some of the more rural areas vote straight National Party and some frustrations have arisen with a feeling of unequal representation in Collon. The people of Forstana are typically tolerant and very open-minded toward ideals and theories.

Education

Forstana is privileged with both excellent private and state-run schools. All award-winning programs, the state has long placed a premium on better higher education and has seen positive results from it. Forstana State University (S10-East) located in Collon is the largest state-run school, followed by Guilden Tech (FLC), a highly-regarded Ag-Tech center. Private school Robinette University (FLC), founded by former attorney general Norbert Robinette, located in Narva is a top law school in Torland and has produced some of the finest attorneys in the nation. Both Guilden Tech and Robinette are members of UTAC's Forest Lakes Conference (FLC) and are academic and athletic rivals.
