Vensessor is a city and federal district in the state of New Dosa and part of the Greater Prestonburg-Vensessor Metropolitan Area (PVMA). Vensessor is the national capital of Torland.

The city and district of Vensessor is an enigma and peculiar place. Vensessor is located in the geographical center of Torland. Chosen as the center-point for all national government, it was a city built out of nothing. Government buildings flew up and people of all kinds flocked to be part of the emerging scene. The city is very transient, the poor local infrastructure and municipal government only underscoring the fierce political and bureaucratic battles being waged in its halls and buildings. The city is drab, mostly gray and concrete, with very little thought given to aesthetic or pleasantness. Still, it is the national hub of media and the gossip alone is enough to draw the curious and interested.

The Torland government is notoriously secretive despite the presence of four main competing political parties, among many other smaller factions. The presence of the massive military complex known as Fort Renfro or “Victory Station” only adds to clandestine nature of the area. Several top-secret buildings are submerged into the foothills and cliffs of the northern Wilder Mountains and the headwaters of the Cauldron River. There is a rumor of a military use-only tunnel that goes under the mountain due to no possible ways to traverse the mountains overland.

Vensessor is home to the Vensessor Swans of the Torland Hockey League. They play their games at the Victory Plaza Center.
